We'll kick start your nutrition journey by meeting one on one virtually for 90 minutes. But before we meet, I do a deep dive into your diet and medical nutrition history. Your online onpatient intake must be completed 24-48 hours before your consult for an extensive review. I like to know what has already happened in the past and what you are currently doing to be fully prepared to help you create the mindset shifts, habits, and behaviors to achieve your health goals.

All blood draw kits are drop-shipped to you, and we will take about 30 minutes to review lab draw instructions. We will discuss where you can get labs drawn and sent off to be processed for specialty testing during this time.
