EMBRACE YOUR WILD HEART
For years, I struggled with BIG digestive problems plus a ton of other inflammatory symptoms like sinus, acne, fatigue, and even frustrating unexplained weight gain. I’m a bit of a wild-hearted soul and didn’t want to be held back
from being adventurous. I certainly didn’t want to stop doing the things that I loved like breaking out fun moves in hip hop or trying to master another yoga sun salutation. I also didn’t want to miss out on hanging with friends and family because I was sick all the time, either.
You can discover your hidden triggers, go back to doing everyday tasks and enjoy your favorite hobbies again.
After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and Masters Certificate in Nutrition, I wasn’t satisfied with just bouncing from med to med (Conventional Medicine) and was more intrigued by how food could heal my body (Integrative Nutrition & Functional Medicine).
Once I received some advanced training in this area, I started to understand gut health, toxins and boosting the immune system in a holistic way. This was when I knew something was going on with my body, and I wanted to get down to the root cause of these issues in a more natural way.
Finally, after more studying and applying specialty nutrition testing, I started putting the crazy puzzle pieces together. This approach helped me create a diet unique to me. Through the use of anti-inflammatory gut-healing foods along with individualized micro-nutrients, I was able to take back my health.
For the past ten years, I have passed this knowledge down to clients who struggled with the same problems so they don’t have
to miss out on their favorite wild activities and can finally live their next adventure!
