There was a time in my life when “healthy” foods DIDN’T leave me in my happy place.
I struggled with this for years, even after getting a bachelor's degree in dietetics and a master's certificate in food and nutrition.
In my mid-twenties, I was sick as a dog. At first, I lost some weight, but shortly after, I gained it back, and then the pounds kept creeping up until I implemented a proven integrative approach to take back my health.
These three core functional nutrition strategies showed some eye-opening results, instant clarity, and a roadmap to success on my path to overall wellness.
